Terms for using OLRim: service scope, plans and billing, cancellation and refunds, and liability.

1. Purpose

  • These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using OLRim, provided by Withnet, a sole proprietorship owned by Byungwook Yoo (the "Company"), and the rights and obligations of the Company and users.

2. The Service

  • GEO/SEO audits of web pages and improvement recommendations
  • Monitoring of brand mentions in AI answers such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity
  • Keyword research, content generation, and publishing to blogs and social channels
  • The Company may improve, change or discontinue parts of the service, and will announce material changes in advance.

3. Accounts

  • You become a member by agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy and completing sign-up.
  • You are responsible for your account and may not transfer or share it.
  • The Company may restrict accounts created with false information or someone else's identity.

4. Plans and Billing

  • The service includes a free tier and paid plans (Pro, Business, Enterprise). Prices and limits are shown in the service.
  • Paid plans renew automatically monthly or yearly. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time.
  • After cancellation you keep access until the end of the paid period, then move to the free tier.
  • If a renewal payment fails, the Company will notify you and may retry a limited number of times.

5. Refunds

  • You may request a full refund within 14 days of any payment, without conditions or exceptions, regardless of usage.

  • Send refund requests to web@withn.net or through in-app support.

6. User Obligations

  • You may not use the service to create or distribute content that infringes others' rights or violates law.
  • You may not overload, bypass or reverse-engineer the service with automated means.
  • Tokens and accounts for connected channels (blogs, social media) must be used in accordance with those services' terms.

7. AI-generated Output

  • AI-generated content and audit results are for reference and their accuracy or timeliness is not guaranteed.
  • You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing and for the results of using it.

8. Interruptions and Liability

  • The service may be temporarily interrupted due to force majeure, network failures, or policy changes by third-party API providers.
  • Except for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, the Company is not liable for damages caused by such interruptions.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes fall under the court with jurisdiction over the Company's location.
  • The Korean version prevails in case of any discrepancy. Effective date: October 2, 2026
