What personal data OLRim collects, why, how long it is kept, and your rights.
1. Data We Collect
- At sign-up: email address, password (stored hashed), and email/profile data provided by Google if you sign in with Google
- During use: registered site URLs and brand details, audit and generation history, payment records (card details are held by payment processors, not by us)
- Automatically: IP address, browser and OS, device type, access time, referrer
2. Purposes
- Identifying members, login, providing the service and keeping usage records
- Billing, refunds and invoicing
- Support, announcements and incident notices
- Preventing abuse and improving service quality through statistics
3. Retention
- Data is deleted without delay when you close your account, except where law requires retention:
- Contract and withdrawal records: 5 years
- Payment and supply records: 5 years
- Complaint and dispute records: 3 years
- Access logs: 3 months
4. Sharing and Processors
- We do not share personal data with third parties without consent, except when required by law.
- We use processors for cloud infrastructure and storage, payments (Creb Hansolpay, Paddle, Stripe) and email delivery.
- Text you submit to AI features may be sent to AI model providers to generate responses and is not kept beyond what is necessary.
5. Your Rights
- You may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of your personal data at any time.
- Edit it in Settings or email web@withn.net and we will act without delay.
- To close your account, contact us through any support channel.
6. Security
- Passwords are stored using one-way hashing.
- Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and access is limited to the minimum necessary staff.

8. Changes
