Question 1

What does OLRim do?

Accepted Answer

OLRim audits your web pages for GEO, AEO and SEO readiness and tracks how often AI models such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity mention or cite your brand.

Question 2

Which AI models do you test, and how?

Accepted Answer

We send real customer-style questions to multiple models with live web search/grounding enabled, then check whether your business or brand name appears and whether your site is cited as a source.

Question 3

How is the mention rate calculated?

Accepted Answer

Mention rate = mentions ÷ (questions × model runs) × 100. Checks repeat automatically about every 20 hours so trends reflect many runs, not a single answer.

Question 4

Do I need to sign up for the free audit?

Accepted Answer

No. Enter a URL on the home page to get GEO and SEO scores without an account. The same domain can be audited once every 24 hours.

Question 5

Is the generated content safe from AI spam filters?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Content is answer-first and fact-based, avoids keyword stuffing and promotional repetition, and is checked for hidden scripts or manipulation before publishing.

Question 6

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Korean cards in KRW and international cards in USD (processed by Paddle).

Question 7

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Full refund within 14 days of any payment, with no conditions or exceptions. After that you can cancel auto-renewal and keep access until the period ends.
