Added member company service review feature.
A section has been added where customers who have used a member company's services can write reviews.
How to Add the Widget to Your Website
Preparation (on the dashboard management screen)
Go to Project > Customer Reviews tab.
Check the box to enable the review event and save the campaign.
Click [Copy Code] in the "Review widget for your website (Recommended)" section.
The following code will be copied (the "olrim" part of the code will be replaced with your company's unique campaign code):
Embedding on Your Website (by platform)
■ WordPress
In the post/page editor, add a "Custom HTML" block where you want the reviews to appear → Paste the code above → Publish.
(Alternatively, add it as a "Custom HTML" widget in the widget area.)
■ Cafe24 / Imweb / Other Website Builders
Insert the code above using the HTML source insertion feature in the editor (look for elements labeled "HTML Tag," "Code Embed," or "Embed").
■ Custom-Built Sites
Paste the code directly into the <body> section where you want the reviews to display, then check the result.
Once the page loads, the average star rating, rating distribution, and latest review cards will appear automatically.
You can adjust the number of displayed reviews by changing the data-limit="6" value (range: 1–50).
Star rating data (schema) is automatically injected into your domain, helping with search engine and AI visibility.
2️⃣ Where do I approve submitted reviews?
Submitted reviews are approved by the "Member Company (Project Owner)." Approval is handled by the member company's account for each specific campaign, not by the administrator (Master). Approval Screen Location
Olimnet Management Screen → Select Project → "Customer Reviews" Tab → "Submitted Reviews" List (at the bottom)
When a customer submits a review (including star rating, text, platform, and screenshot) via the submission page (/rv/{campaign code}), it is stored with a "Pending" status.
When a member company clicks the [Review] button in the list, a popup opens to allow:
Verification of whether the review was actually posted based on the customer's screenshot
Refining and editing the review text based on the customer's original submission
[Approve] → Credits deducted, customer points awarded, and review published (immediately displayed on widgets and public pages)
[Reject] → Rejection processed after entering a reason (no credit deduction)
Initial fraud prevention is handled through this manual approval process by the operator (member company).
Note — Distinction of Administrator (Master) Roles
Role Responsibility
Member Company (Project > Customer Reviews Tab) Reviewing, approving, or rejecting submitted reviews (verifying screenshots, refining text)
Master Administrator (/app/admin > Review Gift Voucher Tab) Processing gift voucher exchanges and issuance when a customer accumulates 1,000 credits or more
In short, member companies handle review approvals, while Olimnet (Master Administrator) handles gift voucher issuance.
